There are four application forms available as PDF files on this page. With two Schools (each with it's own Application Form) there is also different information required depending whether the Applicant is resident within New Zealand, or from outside New Zealand.
To apply, print the form off, complete it, gather all other required documentation (this is listed on the form) and then forward by post to our office, including your Fees deposit. The forms have 2009 printed on them, but there has been no change to the fees or anything else, so please ignore the date. Thanks.
