There are four application forms available as PDF files on this page. With two Schools (each with it's own Application Form) there is also different information required depending whether the Applicant is resident within New Zealand, or from otuside New Zealand.
Please enqure you download the correct form. To apply, print the form off, complete it, gather all other required documentation (this is listed on the form) and then forward by post to our office, including your Fees deposit.
